Georgetown, TX I've dealt with this office on more than one occassion and the service and honesty is pheonominal. I've dealt with Kari and send whomever I can her way because she seemed to be in my best interest, not hers. At the time I thought that my realtor in Washington had done research to find a solid realtor that would help me sell my first house.

What I came to find out was that my realtor had done research to see who would give them the most money for a referral. Amy said she would pay for the for the cost of the appraisal and to date she has not. As most business relationships begin everything was good. Amy seemed like just the person we needed to help us sell our first house. We explained that we did not want to pay closing costs or any extra fees associated with selling a house.

When we first started talking Amy said the market was really hot and everything was moving very quickly. Amy quickly found a buyer for our house! We made sure Amy understood we did not want to pay any closing costs. When our house came in 3k under the appraisal we were told if we wanted to close on the house we would have to pay the 3k in closing costs or be in violation of the contract.

But if we did not agree then we would have had to put the house back on the market and pay another month plus in mortgages until there was another buyer found. So we were forced to pay as the gamble was not worth the risk. I did not read the fine print of the contract and so this part was my fault even though I did talk to Amy about it. This was definitely my fault and I should have pressed the issue but I felt that Amy understood my needs and we were on the same page with cost.

After that being said it took her a good 4 days to send me the breakdown net sheet so I can see what the actually cost will be. When I expressed my concerns, communication started to decrease.

As we discussed with Amy about our return on our investment versus all of the costs she kept bringing up that we were making money. No we were getting a refund of our money put into the house over 12 years of ownership.

I was hoping to make a small profit, feared I would lose about 10k in costs but if Amy had told us that "cost of selling a house" is 18k I would have laughed and kept renting the house. When we confronted her at the very end of this process she stated that "I sold your home in 24 hours, and got you money back in a down falling neighborhood where everyone is going to short sale. We felt betrayed from start to finish. As we complete the process the title company tried to contact me once at the end of their business day in TX while I was at work in WA so when I called back they were gone for a three day weekend.

Amy calls me on Tuesday and says that the title company had been trying to call me all week Amy then asked "Do I even have a Power of Attorney? I tried to give options and was told no it must be original POA. Honestly if you are a first time seller, you are out of state or you can't be physically present during this process I can't say I would recommend Amy Manis or by extension Keller Williams Realty.

What I can say is find a realtor that understands your goals, where you are and has a history of great communication. Be careful with Heather Smith, I had some work done on a hottub and 1st time around paid me no problem, couple weeks later she has a different problem and I told her if it has to do with my previous repair absolutely no charge, well both pumps in hottub go out which have absolutely nothing to do with the repair I previously did pvc hose repair and shes out of warranty and is upset both pumps go out pretty much basically saying I did something for the pumps to go bad.

So she owes me a svc call trip charge and has not paid me for my work and time. She owns this house as well and stating she cannot spend 1k because shes selling the house. She asked if I can find a cheap refurbished pump because she just wants it working for 3 months. I've been waiting to get paid for a job I did for her, at a very good price, for nearly 6 weeks.

I had to contact the title company to get the help I needed. Hopefully I will get a check soon. Nash told me 3 different lies, including she sent a money order directly to me late Wednesday.

It's been 9 days and still nothing. She never passed the invoice on to the title company, or the seller. If you do happen to work for her as a vendor make sure you get paid the same day. Seek first to understand But lie to your vendor 6.

Starts with honesty This one is just pitiful, honesty Results through people Like getting other people to help you receive your payment because the realtor lied about the whole thing. I'm sure the whole Keller Williams team is not like this, though this is a direct reflection. Nash, you represent a company, and a community.

A simple phone call or text stating there had been a mistake could have avoided all of this. I have a wife and 3 kids that rely on me and, in turn, I rely on people such as yourself to hold up your end of the bargain and pay me so I can take care of my family. It's a shame to waste a good business relationship with someone who gives you rock bottom prices and quality workmanship.

Gloria was our agent and helped us find our new home. She listened to what we wanted and was always there for our best interest. We felt comfortable telling her what we liked and didn't like. She was sweet, kind and honest. Gloria always had a pad and pen in hand and jotted down house notes for us. There was never any pressure.

When we had a question that she couldn't answer she found that answer immediately. We always felt like her most important client. We have worked with other agents over the years and never felt as comfortable buying a house.
